The video clip, originally uploaded by the Instagram individual @tali. florida, that participated in the celebration, shows Urban performing Chappell Roan’s anthem concerning queer acceptance in front of a graphic showing an American flag. One more clip reveals President Trump going to the party.

“Head Of State Trump at Anthony Prett (that just so generously vowed 5 Billion Dollars toward American producing projects) vacation party at the Mar a lago #palmneach [sic] terrific food, great deals of French fries, Fantastic people and excellent entertainment by Keith Urban,” the visitor wrote.

    Controversy Over Song Choice

Academy Award-winning star Nicole Kidman’s ex-husband, Australian nation vocalist Keith Urban, is firing up debate for a weird track option while doing for Donald Trump and billionaires at Mar-a-Lago.

According to a video posted to the Instagram account @agirlhasnopresident, Urban performed an acoustic set at a personal celebration hosted by billionaire Anthony Pratt at the Trump-owned Florida hotel. At the Saturday gathering, he sang a cover of lesbian vocalist Chappell Roan’s gay bar-themed hit “Pink Pony Club,” leading several to question the motivation behind the track choice.

    “Pink Pony Club” Inspiration

Roan has claimed that “Pink Horse Club” was inspired by the very first time she went to the gay bar The Abbey after relocating to Los Angeles from Missouri. “Suddenly, I recognized I can really be any type of means I wanted to be, and nobody would bat an eye,” she said in a meeting with Headliner Publication. “It was so different from home, where I always had such a hard time being myself and felt like I ‘d be evaluated for being different or being creative. I simply felt overwhelmed with complete love and approval, and after that I started writing tunes as the real me.”
